This panoramic image is used to look for dental and osseous abnormalities.

The highlighted area on the patient's left show ossification of the stylohyoid ligament, as compared to the one on the right.

These images of the TMJ are used to show joint position spacing, and joint morphology (shape).

These joints show improper position and spacing, and morphological changes due to osteoarthritis.
